Lent 2025: Group Spiritual Direction

Are you interested in gaining an experience of spiritual direction in a group setting?  Fr. Henry will be facilitating a group of six to seven persons during the six Saturdays in Lent 2025 in the process of “Group Spiritual Direction.” There will be an introduction to this process at the first gathering, and then we will use this way of listening deeply to one another as we each share our questions, struggles, and joys in the discerning of the Holy Spirit in the experiences of our lives.  Each session will begin with a “check-in” with each person, and then we will concentrate on one or two person’s stories of where they are seeing God and searching for God in their lives.  Participants will be “listeners” learning to offer open-ended questions that can help the person sharing to go more deeply into their experiences and look for God’s presence and guidance.  Participants will also learn to offer insights in a non-intrusive way to also help the person sharing to gain greater insight into their experiences and God accompanying them.  A commitment to the total program is needed, though we realize a person may miss a session for a good reason.  Please call and speak with Fr.
