Fr. Tom Smith OFM Conv is a Franciscan and has been the director of Holy Cross Retreat Center since 2010. He has experience in parish ministry, outreach to Spanish speaking immigrants, and retreat ministry. He also plays guitar and enjoys gardening.

Debbie Isham worked with the Diocese of Las Cruces in various capacities until joining the staff of Holy Cross in 2014 as the business manager and in human resources. She brings a personal interest in all aspects of our presence and encourages both Franciscan hospitality and social justice concerns.

Margaret Flores became the program coordinator in 2017 after working in finances with the Diocese and parishes in the area. She is very adept at scheduling groups and individuals who come to the Center. She is also the primary contact for registering for the art festival, and can assist as needed.

Fr. Henry Beck OFM joins us to offer his joyful spirit of Franciscanism and his gifts in spiritual direction, teaching, and retreats. Feel free to contact him for events at the retreat center and for ministry and teaching in other locations in English or Spanish.
