We all depend on our earth to allow us to live and flourish.  St. Francis of Assisi is the patron of ecology, based on his love for all of creation, and the beautiful “Canticle of The Creatures” which gives praise to God for the Brother Sun, Sister Earth and all of Creation.  Pope Francis published “Laudato, Si!” as a call for all people to care for the earth, our common home.
